Hugo Wallace Weaving (Ibadan, 4 de abril de 1960 ) es un actor y dublador australiano, nacido en la Nigeria . Pasó su infancia en Sudáfrica y su adolescência en Reino Unido, terminó en 1981, con éxito sus estudios en el National Institute of Dramatic Art. Desde entonces ha aparecido en numerosas producciones de teatro y televisión. Tiene participaciones en más de veinte películas, de la cual se destaca su personaje Agente Smith, de la trilogia Matrix, Elrond en la trilogia El Señor de los Anillos y también como V en V de Venganza.
